Dr Jeff Tarr is a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician working on Queenslands Sunshine

Coast and is based at Sunshine Coast Private Hospital in Buderim.

Dr Tarr graduated in medicine at the University of Queensland in 1972. He obtained

his Diploma in Obstetrics in 1975, and the specialist MRCOG qualification in London

in 1980.

 

He returned to Australia in 1981 , the FRACOG following in 1982 & the FRANZCOG in

1998. He has been in practice as a Specialist Obstetrician / Gynaecologist on the

Sunshine Coast since 1982.

 

Dr Tarr is a fertility specialist for IVF Sunshine Coast and IVF Caboolture, and

performs circumcisions and pelvic reconstructive surgery on the Sunshine Coast.

 

He also has extensive experience in Obstetrics ( delivered 5000+ babies) ,

laparoscopic surgery and general office gynaecology. His experience in pelvic floor

surgery is extensive, having used permanent & biologic meshes since their inception

in 1998.
